Terms of Service

By enrolling in any HDNB bootcamp or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Enrollment is open to anyone aged 18 or older. Participants under 18 may enroll with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By completing checkout you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.
• Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is accepted via SSLCOMMERZ (card/mobile banking) or bKash manual transfer.
• For bKash payments, enrollment is confirmed once our team verifies your transaction ID, typically within 2–4 hours on business days.
• Seats are limited per cohort. Payment secures your seat; no seat is reserved without payment.

• Bootcamps are delivered live online via Google Meet or an equivalent platform. Session links are emailed to enrolled participants before each class.
• Session recordings, if provided, are for enrolled participants only and may not be shared.
• We reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions in the event of instructor unavailability. We will provide advance notice of at least 24 hours where possible.
• In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, minimum enrollment not met), we may reschedule or cancel a cohort entirely. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Participants must treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour. Removal for misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.

All course materials, slides, recordings, and content provided by HDNB are owned by WiseGave and protected by copyright. You may use them for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is not permitted.

HDNB and WiseGave are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant bootcamp.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
